Payment: Payment through PayPal, all major credit cards, and personal check are accepted for online purchases, though PayPal is the most customer convenient. If you would like top pay using a personal check, contact us through email at [email protected] with your order, and we will gladly ship your product the day the check is recieved via mail.
Returns: We do accept returns of all stock goods as long as they are in new, saleable condition, and the original packaging is intact. Some custom orders are not eligible for return, though most are treated as stock items, you will be notified upon placing a custom order if they are returnable before we build your jewelry. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number, and must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Custom Orders: If you need a special color that we don't usually offer, or special hardware to cope with an allergy we can easily accommodate you. Even if you want special charms, or something entirely different we do our best to find what you want. Custom colors or hardware generally takes 1-4 days, adding special charms can take up to two weeks to allow for locating or casting what's needed to complete your jewelry.
Shipping: All stock orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment, via USPS, UPS shipping is available as is overnight service at an additional charge.
